Okay. So solids! I cannot stress this enough. A solid is going to photograph so much better on you than a patterned print. Why? Because your clothes aren't competing with your face for the viewer's attention! The busier the print, the harder it is to focus on what is important - YOU!
Also, long sleeves & 3/4 sleeves are a perfect choice. Sometimes our arms are not the most attractive part of our body. Just sayin. Longer sleeves will make them appear slimmer than they really are.
