Haiti Relief Video "Come Together Now"

I am so impressed by this wonderful group of artists that gave so freely of their time to help bring relief to the people in Haiti.  This is a great video!  Get your kleenex ready!

So often we watch or listen to something like this and then get busy with something else.  Take a moment and pray for this county and these people who are still in so much pain.  And if you can give financially, please do that as well.

You can purchase the song on iTunes as well.  Just make sure you get the right one.  There are several with this titled.  The release date is Feb 15, 2010.

Giving for Haiti

I received this email yesterday from our church.  If you'd like to give to the people of Haiti, see below.

 

Eagle's Landing First Baptist Church is urging people to pray for the people of Haiti after their country was rocked by the 7.0 earthquake on January 12.  If anyone desires to make a difference by giving financially, they may do so through Eagle's Landing.  Checks should be made out to Eagle's Landing First Baptist Church and the gift designated:   "Haiti Earthquake Response".  Eagle's Landing will be giving 100% of the funds collected through Southern Baptist Convention partner, Baptist Global Response.
